Intro to Pole

$35 | 60 minutes

This class is designed to be the first step on your pole journey. No pole experience required and welcomes all skill levels. In this class we will cover safety, proper body mechanics, terminology, and some basic pole moves. This is a pre-requisite to any other class.

 

Beginner Series

$35 per class | Bundle for $150 | 75 minutes per class

This is a 5 week course in which you will learn the basic elements of pole. We will go over the fundamental body mechanics, positions, hand grips, techniques and terminology. We will also prepare you and your body for more advanced moves.

Course Content

  • Learn proper body mechanics and positions to ensure safety and reduce risk of injury

  • Learn basic terminology

  • Learn basic hand positions and grips

  • Learn basic pole spins on static

  • Learn basic pole transitions

  • Learn basic floor trick with pole

  • Learn a combo spin

  • Get familiar and comfortable on and off the pole

  • Have fun!

  • Most importantly, begin to step into and embrace your unique body and feel confident, comfortable and AMAZING!! (because you are!)

 

Beginntermediate

$35 per class | Bundle for $150 | 75 minutes per class

This class is designed to help bridge the gap from the beginner series to the Intermediate/Advanced class. We will focus on building upon the foundations you learned in the beginner series, which will continue to build strength that will help you advance your skills.

  • Finetuning beginner moves

  • Conditioning and progressions in preparation for advanced moves

  • Have fun and love yourself!

 

Intermediate/Advanced Class

$35 per class | Bundle for $150 | 75 minutes per class

This class is designed to push your growth to help you to achieve your desired level of pole mastery. Here we will advance your pole ninja skills by introducing new challenging moves, reviewing and refining along the way. You can expect to be working towards inverts, leg hangs, as well as other advanced techniques. We will also continue to integrate these skills by introducing combos and/or routines so you can start to see how all the pieces can come together to create a beautiful flow, developing and deepening your own style.

Taking a pole sport class is an exhilarating and empowering experience that combines elements of dance, fitness, and acrobatics. Participants, often intrigued by the artistry and athleticism involved, eagerly sign up to explore this unique form of exercise. In these classes, you will learn various spins, climbs, and tricks on a vertical pole, gradually building strength, flexibility, and coordination. Pole sport is a challenging workout accessible to people of all fitness levels, helping them develop self-confidence, body awareness, and a supportive community. Come to pole sport classes and discover a fun and dynamic way to express yourself while sculpting your bodies. 

Open Pole

$15 per class | Bundle for $65 | 75 minutes per class

This is time for you to come play, practice, create, and explore anything you are learning or wanting to try. Playtime is very beneficial to deepening the connection to your own body, developing your pole mastery and who knows...you may even discover your own style. Of course you can also just come to let your hair down and have some fun!

*This is a supervised class, not an instructed class. Poles may have to be shared depending on attendance.*

 

Pole Fitness - Pole Fit & Flexy

This version of Pole Fitness will incorporate conditioning that aims to strengthen and support flexibility. Getting a good fun workout while advancing your bendability.
